外航貨物海上保険の商品に関する約款
１．冷凍・冷蔵貨物に関わる約款
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, it is a warranty of this insurance that:－
(i) The goods are in sound condition and properly prepared packed and frozen at the time of attachment of the insurance.
(ii) The period between the first passing of the goods into a Freezing Chamber and shipment on board the overseas vessel (on loading on aircraft) shall not exceed 60 days.
(iii) The Assured shall take all precautions to ensure that the goods are kept in refrigerated or insulated space during the currency of the policy except during actual loading or unloading operations.
(iv) On discovery by the Assured, their employees or agents of any loss of, deterioration of or damage to any part of the goods immediate notice shall be given to the Insurer. In no case shall any claim be recoverable hereunder where notice is given to the Insurer more than 30 days after the termination of the insurance.
(v) Claim against the carrier shall be immediately filed in writing, a copy of which must accompany any claim presented under this insurance.

この保険証券に規定された反対の規定にかかわらず、下記がこの保険のワランテイである。
(1) この保険の開始時において、貨物が正常な状態にあり、かつ、適切に調理・梱包・冷蔵されていること。
(2) 貨物が最初に冷蔵庫に搬入された時から航洋船舶に積み込まれる（航空機に積み込まれる）時までの期間は、60日を超えないこと。
(3) 実際の積み込み作業または荷卸し作業の間を除き、この保険の担保期間を通じて貨物が冷蔵または断熱された場所に保管されることを確実にするために、被保険者がすべての予防措置を講じること。
(4) 被保険者、その使用人または代理人が、貨物のいかなる一部についてであれ滅失、品質低下または損傷を発見したときは、保険者に直ちに通知すること。この保険の終了時から30日を経過した後に保険者に通知された場合は、この保険はいかなる保険求償に対しても支払わない。
(5) 運送人に対する賠償請求を書面で直ちに行わなければならず、この保険の保険求償に当たっては、その書面の写しを添付しなければならない。

２．生鮮食料品・畜産物に関わる約款
Warranted free from loss or damage caused by or resulting from seizure, arrest, restraint, detainment, rejection or destruction under quarantine or other similar regulations.
②Quarantine Clause (2)
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Institute Cargo Clauses (A) and/or the Institute War Clauses incorporated herein, this policy is warranted free from any claim for either
(1) loss, damage or expense due to quarantine or other similar regulations causing or resulting in seizure, arrest, restraint, detainment, rejection or destruction,
(2) loss, damage or expense caused by the interest being infected with harmful bacteria or other similar microorganisms unless such loss, damage or expense is attributable to contact of the interest with sea water, rain or fresh water, or derangement or breakdown of the refrigerating plant (including refrigerating machinery and insulation) or stoppage of the refrigerating machinery.

３．機械に関わる約款
In the event of loss of or damage to any part or parts of an insured machine caused by a peril covered by the Policy the sum recoverable shall not exceed the cost of replacement or repair of Such part or parts plus charges for forwarding and refitting， if incurred， but excluding duty unless the full duty is included in the amount insured， in which case loss， if any， sustained by payment Of additional duty shall also be recoverable．
Provided always that in no case shall the liability of Underwriters exceed the insured value of the complete machine．

協会機械修繕約款
(i)滅失または損傷が生じた場合、損害を受けた部分の取替部品代金または修繕費用に、もし支出しておれば輸送費用および再取付費用を加えた額を填補します。
(ii)関税については、保険金額に関税が全額含まれている場合に限り、追加関税を支払うことによって生じた損失についてもてん補します。
(iii)いかなる場合においても、保険者の責任は当該機械完成品の保険価額を超えないものとする。
機械類の分損はこの約款により修繕にかかわる費用が填補されます。
上記約款に関税及び航空費用担保を付加しますと、取替部品に関わる関税及び航空輸送の運賃も填補されます。
４．缶詰・ビン類等
In case of damage from perils insured against affecting labels only, loss to be limited to an amount sufficient to
pay the cost of reconditioning, cost of new labels and relabelling the goods, provided the damage will have
amounted to a claim under the terms of the policy.
【要 旨】
缶詰や瓶商品等のラベル損害のみの場合に適用されます。ラベルのみの損害の場合は、修繕費用、ラベル費用および貼り替え作業費用のみを補償する旨の約款です。
５．陶磁器・美術品・装飾品等
Where any insured item consists of articles in a pair or in a set, this policy is not to pay more than the value of any particular part or parts which may be lost or damaged without reference to any special value which such article or articles may have as a part of such pair or set, nor more than a proportionate part of the insured value of the pair or set.
【要 旨】
一対・一組になっている貨物に対して一部損害が発生し、対または組ができなくなった場合でも、実際の一部損害に対して割合の保険金を支払う旨を規定しています。例えば、美術品や骨董の陶磁器や高価な装飾品など。
６．楽器等
Warranted free from Musical Discordance, howsoever caused.
【要 旨】
楽器の音調不調を免責と規定する旨の約款です。
７．自動車等輸送用具
Automobiles and/or Trucks and/or Chassis and/or Tractors are covered, subject to all the terms and conditions of this policy, while being driven under their own power or in tow to the final warehouse at the said destination but this company shall in no event be liable for loss of life or personal injury of any person whomsoever, or for damage to any property whatsoever except to the property hereby insured.

自動車等の自走中の被保険貨物自体の損害を担保する旨を規定した約款です。但し、賠償責任は補償しません。
８．高価品等
Warranted that the full value of the interest be declared in the Bill of Lading and Freight be payable ad valorem thereon.
【要 旨】
高価な貨物の輸送に関するWarrantyで、貨物の価額を運送人に申告し、従価運賃の支払を前提としています。
主に航空輸送に適用され、従価運賃が適用される場合には、パッケージリミテーションが適用されず、荷主の申告価額が運送人の責任限度額となります。
９．貴金属・宝石類
Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, this insurance attaches from the time the interest hereby insured leaves the vault of the senders for commencement of the transit and continues until the interest delivered to the vault of the address.
【要 旨】
貴金属や宝石類を輸送する時の保険期間の約款です。荷主の金庫を搬出された時から危険が開始し、荷受人に引渡されるまで担保は継続する旨を規定しています。
１０．絵画
Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, it is specially understood and agreed that this insurance (excepting coverage against War Risks) attaches from the time the goods hereby insured are removed from their wall-fastening places, pedestals and/or other places named in the policy in order to be packed and dispatched to ●●●, and continues until the goods hereby insured are returned to the original wall-fastening places, pedestals and/or other places at the final destination named in the policy after the completion of the exhibition in ●●●.In the course of the period between the commencement and termination of the risks, this insurance shall remain in force whilst the goods are in transit and/or stored and/or exhibited and/or packed and/or unpacked and/or otherwise without any cessation or intermittence of risks whatsoever.
In no case, however, the duration of this insurance shall exceed beyond (●●)days counting from the attachment.
